Music has always guided me as a common thread through my life. During the workshop \u201cMusic as a Medicine\u201d I guide you to experience what music can do for you.  <\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?<\/h4>\n<p>&#8211; Mindfulness exercises<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Feeling and <span style=\"font-size: 15px; letter-spacing: 0.3px;\">experiencing<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Getting to know what is important in your life<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Listen to music<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Write your own lyrics our poem<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Coming Home in yourself<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<p>I am currently giving this workshop within a treatment program of GGzE. It\u2019s called: \u201cI am who I am\u201d.
